You can fill out this form to become a consistent giver and supporter of Dying to Live Ministries!  Dying to Live provides up to one year of in-house treatment for people coming out of addiction.  $700 per month is required to provide a place to live, food to eat, and life saving ministry to an individual.  Any amount you will consistently give can save a life!
